  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the content of your message, submitted via our contact form.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address, provided when you subscribe to our mailing list.

These cookies collect anonymous, aggregated data — we cannot identify you personally from this information. No cookies are set for advertising, remarketing, or any other purpose.

If you reject cookies, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site, which will cause the consent banner to reappear.

Your consent preference is stored in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) under the key cing-cookies.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To send you newsletters and updates if you have opted in to our mailing list.
  • To understand broadly how visitors use our site, using Google Analytics (only with your consent).

We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to CING’s work.

Our website uses the following third-party services, which may process your data:

  • Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (only with your consent). Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for no longer than twelve months after your enquiry has been resolved. Newsletter subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
